Short version: At present MyClasses seems to be locking up every few days, and our provider is looking into a solution for us.
Longer version: Something (and we don't yet know what) is crashing the web service on the server, and, unfortunately, preventing the automatic restart as well. Once the server enters that state, the solution is, like many things in tech, to turn it off and back on again, which, thankfully, we can do remotely. There's a case open with our provider to look into what's crashing the server, why and how we can prevent it going forward. More updates as I have them.
